We provide translation services under the principles described by the ČSN EN 15038 for translation services norm. In addition to others, this norm establishes requirements on the expertise of translators, quality management systems, project management and the relationship between the customer and the agency.
We cooperate only with carefully selected and proven translators who have the requisite experience and education (university, international language exam of at least level C1) or native speakers, whose written form is at a high level.
We retain the graphic design and original format of the file. We use state of the art programs for the conversion of source texts to editable formats. We apply CAT tools (SDL Trados, Wordfast) for larger translations. Upon request and provision we maintain your required and corporate terminology .

For larger orders we set the price individually depending on the number and complexity of translated pages. For our regular customers we can negotiate an individual loyalty system tied to the amount of translated pages per calendar year.
